The best time to massage your baby is when your baby is in a quiet, alert state—calm, content, and ready to engage. Look for signs like open eyes, relaxed limbs, and a calm breath. Avoid massaging your baby when they are hungry, overtired, or fussy.

Every baby is unique, and routines take time to develop. Try offering massage after a nap or diaper change, when your baby is naturally more settled. Through IAIM classes, parents learn how to recognize these cues and create a consistent and enjoyable massage routine that respects their baby`s rhythms.

Over time, baby massage becomes a special moment of bonding, communication, and connection. Learning to read your baby`s signals helps build trust and deepens your relationship.
